Service Scope
Gift Cards Hub has provided gift card buying and selling services since 2017. The service covers supported physical and digital gift cards, subject to availability, verification, and the terms of each transaction.
Supported brands may include Amazon, Apple, eBay, Google Play, Steam Wallet, Walmart, Visa, American Express, Nike, Sephora, Xbox, PlayStation, OneVanilla, and others. Acceptance of a particular card is not guaranteed and may depend on its type, region, currency, value, condition, and redemption status.
Quotes and Transactions
Rates and quoted values may change according to market conditions, card demand, denomination, currency, and card format. A quote is valid only for the transaction to which it relates and does not create an obligation to accept another card at the same rate.
Customers should review the offered amount before confirming a trade. A transaction may be declined or reassessed if the submitted information differs from the card received or if verification reveals a problem.
Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and submit only cards that you lawfully own or are authorized to trade. Card numbers, PINs, receipts, images, and other requested details must be clear and complete.
- Do not submit stolen, altered, counterfeit, previously redeemed, or unlawfully obtained cards.
- Do not submit the same card to multiple buyers at the same time.
- Do not use or transfer a card after submitting it for an active sale.
- Keep transaction details secure and provide supporting information when reasonably requested.
Verification and Payment
Cards may be checked for validity, available balance, redemption status, authenticity, and consistency with the information supplied. Additional evidence of ownership or purchase may be requested when necessary.
Payment is dependent on successful verification and acceptance of the card. Processing may take longer where a card issuer, region, transaction history, or submitted document requires further review. Gift Cards Hub may reject a transaction where verification cannot be completed or where fraud, duplication, or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Cancellations and Liability
A cancellation request may not be possible after a card has been verified, redeemed, transferred, or otherwise processed. Customers should confirm all details before authorizing a transaction.
Gift Cards Hub is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, disclosure of card details to third parties, issuer restrictions, card deactivation, or events outside the service's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and Questions
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, transaction procedures, or supported gift cards. The version displayed on this page applies when a customer starts a transaction.
Questions or transaction concerns should be submitted through the contact or support channel currently provided by Gift Cards Hub. Include the relevant transaction details, but do not publish gift card codes or PINs in public messages.
